2. Licensed & Bonded Seller – We are a licensed and bonded seller through International Sureties, giving you added peace of mind for every transaction.

3. ELS Equipment Sales Coverage – Purchases, repairs, or return transportation of equipment are protected for up to $100,000. Higher asset values are covered under our 20 Days Buy Back Guarantee Purchase Program.

4. Fraud or Loss Protection – Coverage is provided in the rare event that payment is made but the item is never received.

5. Lien Protection – Buyers are safeguarded against receiving stolen property or items with undisclosed liens that would prevent legal ownership.

6. Material Misrepresentation – Protection applies when an eligible item differs in type, make, or model from the listing, provided the devaluation exceeds $1,500. Coverage limits apply as outlined in our program details.

7. Return Shipping Coverage – Up to $800 for documented shipping expenses are reimbursed for returned items. Note: coverage does not apply if the buyer retains possession of the item.

8. Dispute Management – Our dispute resolution process is handled through NetNeutrals IFR, ensuring fair and impartial outcomes for all parties.

9. Damage Protection – Items received with undisclosed damage are covered, provided repair costs exceed $1,500.

10. Damage Coverage Restrictions – Coverage applies only to damages that prevent normal operation. Cosmetic defects or minor non-functional issues are not included.

11. Cargo Insurance – Shipments made through ELS EQUIPMENT LLC - approved partners are insured for up to $500,000 (deductible may apply).

12. Customer Support – Dedicated service and logistics support are available to assist with purchases, returns, or any coverage inquiries.

1. Buyer’s Remorse – Decisions to return an item due to a change of mind or preference are not eligible for coverage.

2. Regular Maintenance – Routine upkeep, inspections, and preventive servicing are the responsibility of the buyer..

3. Consumable Items – Coverage does not include fluids, batteries, lights, belts, hoses, tires, brakes, bulbs, starters, alternators, Freon, filters, or other consumable components.

4. Incidentals – Costs associated with travel, fuel, time away, or other opportunity costs are not reimbursable.

5. Normal Wear and Tear – Rust, dents, scratches, minor leaks, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the operability of the item are excluded.

6. Transit-Related Electrical or Functional Issues – Wiring, control boxes, hydraulic leaks, or other functional problems caused during shipping or transport are not covered.

7. Pre-Existing or Observable Conditions – Any damage, defects, or discrepancies that were disclosed in the auction listing or could have been reasonably observed during in-person inspection prior to shipping are excluded.

8. Job Site-Specific Conditions – Issues that can only be identified during operation under load, such as digging, pulling, or lifting, are not covered.

9. Operational Testing Limitations – Coverage does not extend to evaluating the full range of speeds, functions, or forward/reverse gears beyond standard inspection.

10. Diagnostic Testing – Use of specialized diagnostic or test equipment, such as engine compression evaluation tools, is excluded from coverage.

11. Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations – Any modifications, repairs, or alterations made after the auction end date without explicit authorization from ELS EQUIPMENT LLC or our approved third-party protection provider are not eligible.
